Feature Adoption ~ (also "feature penetration", "adoption rate", "usage rate")
How much of the user base has taken up a particular feature.
The fork, why two teams get different numbers
The TIME fork: "ever-adopted" (penetration) counts anyone who used the feature at least once, cumulatively and forever; "active adoption" counts users who used it IN THE PERIOD over active users in the period.
