This license governs the skills, reference libraries, and accompanying files you downloaded (the "Materials"). Buying a tier grants you the license described below for that tier.
1. What you may do
- Use the Materials to build things. Install the skills in your agent and use them to design, build, and ship business-intelligence tools, for yourself, your employer, or your clients, in unlimited projects.
- Adapt them for your own use. Edit a skill, fork a library entry into your own house rules, or combine them with your own work.
- Keep them. Your license does not expire, and it includes the updates described for your tier.
2. License scope by tier

3. What you may not do
- Redistribute the Materials as the Materials. You may not resell, sub-license, publish, or give away the skills or library entries, in whole or in substantial part, as a competing skill pack, prompt pack, glossary, dataset, or reference product, whether free or paid, or use them to train a model whose purpose is to reproduce them.
- Exceed your seats. A Personal license is one person; a Team license is its purchased Seat count. Buy more seats rather than sharing.
- Strip provenance. Don't remove attribution or the provenance notes from library entries you republish internally.
The line: the Materials are a tool you build with and adapt for your own work. They are not inventory for you to re-sell. Shipping a dashboard built using a Kymira skill is exactly the point; shipping the skill itself, or a barely-changed derivative, is not.
4. Ownership
We own the Materials and all intellectual property in them. This license grants you the rights in ยง1-2 and nothing else. Everything you build with the Materials, your dashboards, your reports, your own house rules, is yours; we claim no rights in it.
5. The Materials are copyable, and that's on purpose
The Materials are plain text with no copy protection, because a tool you can't read isn't a tool you can trust. The license, not a lock, is what separates fair use from redistribution. We'd rather trust you and be clear about the line than ship something DRM'd. Please honor it.
6. Warranty and liability
The Materials teach a method and document how metrics and exports behave; they do not guarantee any
particular business outcome, and they are not accounting, audit, legal, or investment advice. The Materials
are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
[LEGAL ENTITY]'s total liability arising from the Materials is limited to the amount you paid
for them.
7. Updates and changes
Your tier includes the updates described at purchase. We may revise this license for future sales; the version you bought under continues to govern your copy.
8. Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
