1. What you're buying
- Free, honest-dataviz and the doctrine, at no charge.
- Core Pack ($199), the twelve craft skills, one-time purchase, lifetime updates.
- Everything ($349 personal / $979 team of 25), twenty skills plus the Metric and Format libraries, one-time purchase, lifetime updates.
- Built For You, a custom engagement, priced by application under a separate agreement.
Delivery is digital: after payment you receive a download and update access. There is no physical product and no recurring subscription.
2. "Lifetime updates", what we mean
Lifetime updates means: for as long as we sell and maintain the product line you bought into, new versions and additions to the skills and libraries in your tier are included at no extra charge. It is tied to the product's lifetime, not a promise of perpetual future development. If we ever discontinue the product, you keep every version you received.
3. Payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown at checkout. Payment is handled by our processor, Lemon Squeezy; we don't store your card details. You're responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: a 14-day money-back window, and the free skill lets you judge the quality before you pay.
5. What the product does and doesn't do
Kymira teaches an agent a method for building trustworthy BI and documents how metrics and exports behave. It is a professional tool, not accounting, audit, legal, or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any particular result. You are responsible for the outputs you build and ship.
6. Honesty about claims
Every factual claim on kymira.ai is substantiated, and library counts reflect what has actually shipped. Where a library is still growing, the page says so. If you ever find a claim on our site that isn't true, tell us, we treat that as a defect.
7. Changes
We may update these terms for future sales. The version in force when you bought governs your purchase.
8. Governing law
