The short version

14 days, no questions asked. If a Kymira skill pack or library isn't what you needed, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Why we can offer this on copyable content

Most sellers of downloadable files refuse refunds because the files can't be "returned." We offer one anyway, for two reasons:

• You can try before you buy. The free skill (honest-dataviz) and the entire doctrine are free. Run them first, if the quality and voice work for you there, the paid packs are more of the same.
• We'd rather have your trust than your $199. A refund policy that fits the brand is one that assumes good faith. Ask, and we refund.

What we ask in return

Because the Materials are copyable, a refund ends your license: if we refund you, please delete the Materials and stop using them. Repeatedly buying, refunding, and keeping the files is the one thing this policy isn't for.

Team and Built For You

• Team licenses follow the same 14-day window.
• Built For You engagements are covered by their own agreement, not this policy, since they involve scheduled work.

How to request

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of approval.
